Top‑and‑Bottom Lid Visual Alignment System
Solution Overview
During the production of top‑and‑bottom gift boxes, paper sheets go through die‑cutting, laminating and other processes to produce face papers of uniform size and shape. Grey paper or box blanks are fed to target positions by the production line and positioned by air cylinders. Meanwhile, paper covers are conveyed into place. Fixed top‑view cameras perform positioning and offset correction. After robots pick cartons from fixed positions, vision‑corrected coordinates are transmitted to the robot for accurate bonding.
