Flat-Surface Tape Applicator

KERUN Flat-Surface Tape Applicator adopts a continuous conveyor working structure. It is suitable for automatic laminating of roll materials such as double-sided tape, protective film and foam tape on various flat workpieces.

Equipped with an independent single tape head supporting multi-angle adjustment, it can quickly adapt to products of different specifications. Photoelectric sensor realizes precise positioning to trigger tape application; tape length can be freely set on the touch screen.

The conveyor runs smoothly, and the pressing mechanism ensures firm adhesion without bubbles or warping edges. Featuring compact structure and easy commissioning, the machine can work standalone or connect to automatic production lines.

It is widely used for flat tape application on blister trays, plastic housings, sheet materials, cartons and other products.
