On May 16, 2018, Guangdong Kerun Automation Co., Ltd. completed industrial and commercial registration in Liaobu, Dongguan, with a registered capital of RMB 10 million. The legal representative boasts more than ten years of experience in R&D and project implementation of automation equipment. The company was initially stationed at Songhu Smart Valley Science and Technology Park along Yanhe South Road, Liaobu. Leveraging the park’s complete scientific and innovation support as well as upstream and downstream manufacturing industrial clusters, Kerun officially stepped into the track of non-standard intelligent equipment R&D and full-line automation integration.
In the early days after its establishment, Kerun quickly set up three core technical teams specializing in mechanical structure, electrical control and project delivery, focusing its core business on two mainstream manufacturing sectors in the Pearl River Delta: 3C electronics and new energy lithium batteries. To address the pain points of small and medium-sized factories in automation transformation, the company launched stand-alone equipment including compact screw locking machines and simple tape applicators, accumulating its first batch of physical manufacturing clients rapidly. This laid the groundwork for the company’s initial accumulation in technology, market and supply chain, and built a solid foundation for its subsequent expansion across the country and overseas markets.
