Automatic Laminating and Bagging Machine

It applies sponge residue-free adhesive tape onto plastic nylon cable tie fixing bases. Parts are automatically fed by a vibratory feeder and conveyed to the tape application station. The tape mechanism cuts and attaches tape to workpieces, then finished parts drop into the bagging unit for automatic counting and bag sealing.

This machine is also suitable for hooks, clips, battery buckles and similar components, realizing integrated production and greatly improving working efficiency.
