This machine integrates automatic feeding & sorting mechanism and flat tape application unit, realizing automatic sorting, continuous conveying and automatic tape attaching for round tubes.
Equipped with a sorting bin at the inlet to separate tubes orderly and prevent stacking and jamming. The conveying guide structure keeps tubes centered without deviation. Photoelectric precise positioning triggers tape application; tape length and running speed are adjustable via touch screen. The pressing module ensures tight adhesion without wrinkles or warping.
High automation eliminates manual material placing. It is suitable for mass continuous tape sticking on plastic tubes and small aluminum tubes, and can connect with downstream cutting and assembly processes.
