Product Details

This machine is specially designed for long profiles, round tubes and aluminum strips to realize continuous automatic double-sided tape application.

It is equipped with positioning guide mechanism to prevent deviation during conveying. Photoelectric sensor precisely controls tape starting point and length, and all parameters can be flexibly set via touch screen. The pressing roller ensures tight adhesion without warping or wrinkles.

Adopting long-distance conveyor line structure for uninterrupted continuous production. Suitable for aluminum profiles, alloy strips, plastic round tubes and decorative tubes. It can work standalone or connect with cutting and assembly stations to form an automatic production line.
